DAY 1: ZAGREB ARRIVAL
Zagreb is a charming middle-European city where the irresistible flair of the grandiose Austro-Hungarian Empire meets the lively energy of a Mediterranean. Habsburg era buildings line the city streets with a historic appeal, while fancy Vienna-ish parks will invite you for a retreat from a city hubbub.
Zagreb, with its 1000 years of history, is an inspiring historic site, but at the same time, dynamic cosmopolitan city with the affection for fashion and design. Exuberant and hospitable, Zagreb attracts people from Croatia and Europe to its famous street events. Zagreb events brighten up the streets with music, tasteful street food, artistic decorations, and a good mood.

DAY 2: ZAGREB PRIVATE CITY TOUR & ZAGORJE PRIVATE WINERY WITH LOCAL LUNCH
Zagreb tour starts with the most Zagreb-ish experience there is. A gourmet cup of coffee in the oldest coffee shop in Zagreb overlooking the main square and the statue of Ban Jelacic. After morning coffee, the tour continues along its historic streets picturesque historical sites, hidden alleys & lanes. An expert guide will share captivating stories from Zagreb history and famous scary legends about Zagreb witches and evil queen and show you the most important and beautiful places of Upper Zagreb.

Upper Town is a historic heart of Zagreb. Its narrow cobblestone streets guide you through Croatian history from medieval times to the glorious Austrian empire era. Some of the most prominent Upper Town sights are Lotršćak tower, St. Catherine’s baroque church, relaxing Strossmayer promenade overlooking the rooftops of Lower town and a Saint Mark’s Church, famous for its roof representing the coat of arms of the Tripartite Kingdom (Croatia, Dalmatia, and Slavonia). On the Kaptol hill is a Zagreb cathedral, an impressive gothic building, and an important part of Zagreb’s cultural heritage.
After Zagreb sightseeing tour we are taking you to region of Zagorje. Located in the northern part of the country, the Hrvatsko zagorje region of Croatia is well known for its lovely green hills, numerous castles, thermal springs and some delicious, comforting home-made food. We will visit local winery for a dinner paired with one of the best local wines of the area. Area is actually believed to have long standing tradition of wine production and that particular hill has origins from the age of Roman Empire and the ancient 2nd century Roman culture.

DAY 3: ZAGREB – PLITVICE LAKES – ROVINJ
Halfway between Split and Zagreb is the most exciting place of Croatian hinterland – National Park Plitvice Lake, UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many visitors think that its 16 lakes interconnected with about 90 spectacular waterfalls and framed by lush greenery might be the most beautiful place in the world. And we couldn’t agree more.
Plitvice offers a delightful walk along 18 km of beautiful wooden footbridges and pathways. Walking along the crystalline lakes and besides magical waterfalls detoxes from any kind of restlessness or stress. The tranquility of the perfectly turquoise water, misty waterfalls, and bountiful shades of green are a mother’s nature’s finest wellness treatment. Locals believe that wishes made under the biggest Plitvice waterfall always come true. And we think it is worth a try.
The National Park goes beyond beautiful cascading lakes. It occupies an area of 30,000 hectares, covered by beech, fir, and spruce forest. Deers, bears, wolves, boars, and numerous rare bird species live in this well-preserved piece of biodiversity heaven.
After sightseeing tour and some free time, we will make our way to Rovinj, located in Istrian region also known as a Croatian Tuscany.

DAY 4: POREČ WALKING TOUR AND OLIVE OIL TASTING WITH TRUFFLE LUNCH
Today you will explore Poreč with our local guide. The town has a long history dating back to Roman times. Old part of the town still has a typical Roman street layout; it’s mostly symmetrical, with two main intersecting streets. Town’s Episcopal Complex of the Basilica is Unesco World Heritage site and its oldest parts date back to the 4th century, although the basilica itself is from the 6th century. Venetian-style houses dominate the old town. It is a town that is made for summer tourism and big crowds of people, just like Venetia, but much more beautiful and mystical. After sightseeing tour you will enjoy olive oil tasting with local olive oil producers. Did you know that Istria produces top-3 extra virgin olive oils in the world? The highlight of the day will be exclusive truffle lunch in Motovun, a city-monument, an ancient Istrian acropolis city situated on the top of a 277 meter-high hill.

DAY 5: ROMAN AMPHITEATER IN PULA AND WINE TASTING
Today proceed to Pula sightseeing. Take a walking tour of its magnificent Roman monuments, which include the immense Amphitheatre with its grand stone arches, Arch of the Sergii and the Temple of Augustus, one of the finest Roman temples outside Italy. We can say that Pula, the city itself is the best museum you can discover, for most the city views are more rewarding than the views in museums.
After sightseeing tour you will enjoy lunch with wine pairing in a local boutique winery. The area is famous for its fresh white wines called Malvazija which you will get the chance to taste paired with best local cheeses and meets.

DAY 6: ROVINJ – ŠIBENIK WALKING TOUR AND MICHELING STAR DINNING – SPLIT
After breakfast departure to Šibenik, a gem in the Croatian Adriatic, situated along the mouth of Krka on the most picturesque part of the eastern Adriatic coast. The rich cultural and historical heritage of the city is visible in the impressive Cathedral of sv. Jakov built by the famous architect Juraj Dalmatinac and is under UNESCO protection. Numerous churches, monasteries, palaces and four fortresses ‘frame’ the city, and also testify to the perseverance, renunciation and faith of generations of people of Šibenik.
After the walking tour enjoy lunch in a local Michelin star restaurant. After lunch and some free time we will make our way to Split.

DAY 7: TROGIR AND SPLIT WALKING EXPLORER TOURS WITH ZINFANDEL WINE TASTING
After breakfast departure to Trogir, a very colorful city with a historic past and city under UNESCO protection. Trogir is a “city-museum” in every sense of the word. More than 2300 years in existence, the city provides lovers of cultural and historical monuments, art, original architecture and cozy alleyway streets and unforgettable setting. Trogir is sometimes called a city museum because of its rich heritage. After tour of Trogir and some free time, travel back in time on our walking tour of Split and discover the largest city of the Dalmatia region with a local guide. During our Split tour we will walk around the walls and throughout the narrow streets of Diocletian’s palace and the old town of Split.
After sightseeing, visit local family owned winery in Kastela famous for producing wines called Crljenak, which is actually known to be the father of Zinfandel. Yes, Zinfandel was originated from this area and the grape trees were moved to other parts of the world, today used to produce famous wine called Zinfandel.

DAY 8: PRIVATE ISLAND HOPPING TO HVAR TOWN & LOCAL LACE PRODUCTION
Today you will embark on a private yacht and cruise to Hvar and join our half-day wine tour, which will take you on a journey through centuries of vineyards of Hvar, with your expert local guide bringing the wines to life and unraveling Hvar wine story. We will start our journey in Hvar and start with a drive through the island inland. We will pass through old villages Brusje and Velo Grablje and through many Lavender Fields. Continuing this stress-free sightseeing, we come towards di Ager (Hora) – protected field, one of Greek culture masterpieces which remained almost intact during a period of 2400 years. The best part begins in Jelsa, where one specially chosen winery is waiting for you. We are taking you back to the roots, to pure living tradition – Duboković winery. Awarded red wines, cult Croatian wine Medvid, Before 6009 years, 2718 hours of sun in a bottle, cheese, bread – all that in an intimate candle lit cellar of winemakers family house – pure heaven or to say wine heaven. After wine tasting, we’ll head to an old, abandoned village Malo Grablje for a fabulous traditional 3 course lunch.
Afterwards, you will visit museum of Hvar lace production. In the minds of most people, lace is made with a material like linen, silk or cotton. Perhaps, for the more luxurious, silver or gold is used. But on the island of Hvar, the nuns at the Benedictine Convent have been using the agave plant for their lace for more than a hundred years.

DAY 9: SPLIT – KORČULA TOWN WALKING TOUR – DUBROVNIK (PRIVATE YACHT TRANSFER)
After breakfast embark on a private boat and start cruising to Korčula. The island itself is rich in art and culture, as well as beautiful nature such as numerous tiny and secluded beaches and bays, small and uninhabited islands and breathtaking views. The main town on the island is also named Korčula. Korčula Town is a typical medieval walled Dalmatian city, with its round defensive towers and cluster of red-roofed houses. Explore famous Old City of Korčula with our local guide. During the tour, visit local jeweler producing local authentic jewelry from the Roman times. Learn all about it, and possibly get yourself a piece as an amazing souvenir.
After the tour, free time and cruise to Dubrovnik. On the way get the chance to swim in some of the nicest bays on the Adriatic before reaching Dubrovnik.

DAY 10: DUBROVNIK WALKING TOUR & INLAND KONAVLE TRADITIONAL DINNER
