VILLA ST. THEODOR OPATIJA

This villa has 5 bedrooms with the same number of full beds. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room that can be converted into a bed in case you have some guests staying overnight. There are 5 contemporary furnished bathrooms and each one is equipped with its own shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed equipment for food preparation. If you wish to reach the upper floor, use the elevator. There is a private pool on the outdoor surface and a barbecue set. The whole villa is connected to wi-fi network and guests can use private parking spots for their vehicles.

St. Theodor’s villa is situated in the small settlement of Poljane southwest of Opatija. The fabulous beaches of Kvarner, including Ika beach, are situated approximately 2.2 kilometres away and you can reach it with car within 10 minutes time. Visit it during afternoons and feel the serenity of the Adriatic Sea.

The town of Opatija is known as one of the cradles of Croatian tourism. Even today, you can see all the aristocratic buildings that served as vacation houses for Austro-Hungarian elite in 19th century. Today, they are converted into luxury villas and hotels, a setting that brought Opatija the nickname “The Croatian Monte Carlo”.
